How does your door-to-door service work?
 
It couldn’t be simpler:
  • We pick up the equipment from your premises
  • A thorough check is carried out at our dedicated facility
  • The required repairs are quoted
  • Once we have your approval our experts complete all the necessary repairs
  • We return the equipment to you.
What are your menu prices?
 
We have a transparent pricing structure. Just ask for our full list of competitive prices which covers each type of repair we carried out.
 
Will you tell me in advance how much my repair will cost?
 
We will not work on your equipment until you tell us you are happy with our itemised quote.
 
How long will the repair take?
 
Once you have told us to go ahead with the repair, we aim to return your equipment to you within just 10 working days.
 
What if the equipment is beyond repair?
 
If our thorough checks reveal that your equipment is beyond repair, we offer to:
  • Dispose of the product and credit you with the scrap value
  • Supply a new replacement at a special trade-in price
