Our design, manufacture and installation process begins with a one to one consultation with a Youngman sales engineer to determine the client’s exact requirements.
 
Our design team, based at our head office and factory site at Maldon, Essex will then be fully briefed on the outline specification for the access solution required. Operating in a demanding environment the team thrive on meeting the challenges presented with innovative solutions with safety as their number one priority. All our access solutions are designed in accordance with ISO 9001 and the UK Work at Height Regulations.
 
Using the latest design software, SolidWorks from Dassault Systems the team prepare the following for your bespoke access solution:
  • Concept drawings
  • Final design drawings
  • Detailed production drawings (including individual components)
  • 3D modelling
  • Production of Bill of Materials
In addition, all completed designs will be subjected to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Cosmos software. This will ensure that the stress on every single component can be analysed based on the loading capacity required.
