Our high quality, bespoke access solutions, are manufactured at our 12 acre production
site in Essex using aluminium, steel and composite (GRP) depending on the application.
Since the private equity backed buyout of the business in 2005 there has been
substantial investment in the latest plant technology increasing production capacity
whilst maintaining the very highest quality standards. All our products and systems
are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001.
Our production process includes:
- Laser cutting
- Robotic and highly skilled manual welding (our welders are tested every 6 months with welds being sent to an external test house)
- Trial assembly
- Testing
- Full scale production
- Delivery
